There is no fighting it mate thats why I became a recluse 4+ years ago. I can't mentally tolerate them and their giggles anymore. Objectifying human beings is ages old, it's why side shows exist, and why promiscuous girls in Japan are known as toilets; how would you feel about that one, Madasa? Nevertheless, I say it is up to the Ginger him or herself to remind those who would objectify them, that they do so at their own peril.
